User support
All documents relating to the Bristol Welfare Assurance programme have been made freely available on this web site. However, it is recognised that potential users may require technical support from the University of Bristol in its implementation.
Training
The University intends to provide short courses that provide potential assessors with the knowledge, understanding and skills necessary to implement the assessment systems.Bwap team
The BWAP was developed by a team of individuals at the University of Bristol who will be able to provide on-going support.
User Club
A User club has been established that will provide organisations using the system with technical support that they require.
